Hi, I'm Mel
I spent a decade in communications for small gyms across Brunei, Singapore and Los Angeles. Using my skills as a family photographer, a graphic designer and a fitness coach, I grew my own audience from 3,000 to 43,000 people by telling true stories.
I left a stable career in LA, moved to Bali and started Treehouse so business owners can be seen for what they do, and get their time back for the people and craft they love. When I'm not working on Treehouse, I'm usually somewhere chasing down a wave or breaking up fights between my bunnies.

This policy explains what happens to the information you share with Treehouse, the storytelling studio of Bagus Creative Studio (“we”, “us”), through this website.
Who we are
Bagus Creative Studio, Jalan Tukadpingai Nomor 8G, Desa/Kelurahan Pererenan, Kec. Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia. You can reach us at hello@baguscreativestudio.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, your email address and the answer you choose about what you’re struggling with. We don’t ask for anything else, and we don’t buy or receive information about you from anyone else.
Why we collect it
We use it only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a call if you’d like one, and to keep a record of our conversation. We don’t send newsletters or marketing unless you ask for them, and we never sell or rent your information.
Where it’s kept
Enquiries are stored in the tools we use to run the studio, including our email and project workspace. Some of these providers may store data outside Indonesia. We only use providers that protect your information, and only Mel and anyone working directly with her on your enquiry can see it.
How long we keep it
If we don’t end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires afterwards.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google may see your IP address when the page loads.
Your rights
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) and similar laws where you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email hello@baguscreativestudio.com and we’ll respond within 14 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
